Using the Pick List
PICK LISTS are a specialized type of pop-up used throughout Contract Collector. The PICK LIST for the VENDOR ID field in the VENDOR WINDOW is displayed on the following page.
To select from a PICK LIST, position the mouse pointer over the appropriate entry and press the mouse
button. As soon as you press the mouse button, the PICK LIST closes and your selection is inserted into the field. If there was any data
already in the field, your selection from the PICK LIST replaces it.
If the entry you are looking for is not shown in the PICK LIST, you may need to use the SCROLL BAR that appears at the right side of the pop-up to display additional entries.

Another way to scroll the list is to position the pointer over an entry in the
list, click and hold the mouse button, and then move the mouse up or down. As soon as you release
the mouse button, the highlighted entry is inserted into the field. The cursor
also automatically moves to the next field in the window. To close a PICK LIST without making a selection, press ESCAPE.
