Using the Calculator
Press F7 at any location in Contract Collector to open the CALCULATOR, which functions like a regular four-function pocket calculator.
The calculator window includes a CONTROL-MENU BOX and a MINIMIZE BUTTON. Double-click on the CONTROL-MENU BOX to close the calculator window. The MINIMIZE BUTTON shrinks the calculator to an icon, which appears in the bottom left corner of
your computer screen. To re-open the calculator window, double-click on the
icon.
You can use the mouse or your keyboard to perform calculations. With the
mouse, just position the arrow mouse pointer over the number or symbol and click.
Clicking a button on the calculator puts the focus rectangle around the selected
number or symbol.
To use your keyboard to operate the calculator, just press the corresponding
key — the focus rectangle appears around the number or symbol on the calculator.
The calculator functions that do not have exact equivalents on your keyboard
are as follows:
l Press R for MR (memory recall).
l Press A for M+ (memory store or memory plus).
l Press PAGEDOWN for 
(square root)
l Press ESCAPE to close the calculator.
l Press DOWN ARROW for MC (memory clear).
l Press S for M- (memory minus).
l Press N for + (toggle between plus and minus).
