System Access – Database
When you choose this item from the FILE MENU, the window shown below appears. This SYSTEM ACCESS window, which you use to type commands for retrieving data from database
files, can also be opened by pressing % anywhere in the system.
By typing various commands in this window, you can quickly generate custom
reports to print or display on your computer screen. The complete command syntax
is complex and somewhat technical in nature, so the following is meant only as a
brief introduction to what can be done with this feature.
