Network Systems

When you have a computer for each user connected by a local area network, you can use the network version of Contract Collector for as many users as you have terminals. Each user can then perform all tasks directly on-line, sharing a common, up-to-the-minute database.

Using a network allows tasks of a large operation to be distributed among many users. For example, a receptionist can enter incoming payments and print receipts, while a clerk will monitor delinquent payments and print notices. An accounting manager would audit and post payments and deposit the day's receipts using the automatic deposit slip. The office manager can monitor longer range strategies using the PROJECTED CASH FLOW and other valuable financial and management reports.

Individual USER ID'S and security authorization allow the manager to restrict certain menus or menu items from unauthorized users.
