Multiple Choice Pop-ups
Some pop-ups in Contract Collector allow you to choose more than one entry
from the list. For example, when you run the COMPANY REPORT on the CLIENT MENU, the following pop-up appears when you press F2 in the COMPANY ID field and choose PICK LIST:
When you select a highlighted item in this type of pop-up, whether you use the
mouse or keyboard methods described previously, instead of closing the pop-up
and inserting the one item into a field, the system inserts a triangular marker
before the item.
You can then select additional items in the same way. If you change your mind
and want to deselect an item, just click on it a second time. Or, using the
keyboard, highlight the item and press ENTER or SPACE. When you deselect an item,
the triangular marker disappears.
When all the items you want are selected, press ESCAPE to close the pop-up and
insert your selections into the field.
