If you are running a Novell 4.x network, use the FLAG command to set all files in the CW sub-directory to read-only, sharable status, i.e.:

FLAG *.* ROSH

NOTE: The Novell 3.12 command for SHARABLE is S, not SH.

Also, all users must have read, write, create, erase, modify and file scan privileges for the CW sub-directory.

Then, in the DATA sub-directory located within the CW sub-directory, use the FLAG command to set all files to read, write, sharable status, i.e.:

FLAG *.* RWSH
