Maintenance Fee Amount
MAINTENANCE FEES are flat fees charged for each payment period, whether a payment is received
or not. Enter the dollar amount of your standard MAINTENANCE FEE for contracts held by this company.
To help speed data entry, the amount entered becomes the default value for MAINTENANCE FEES when you enter new contracts for this company on the CONTRACT WINDOW. The default rate can be overridden for each contract.
Coll Fee Pct
The COLLECTION FEE PERCENTAGE is the standard collection rate charged for collecting this companies's
contracts. This fee is assessed against all payments received, including balloon
payments, late fees, NSF fees, etc. The percentage must be entered as a numeric
value.
