Collection Fee
Amount (protected)
Displays the amount of the collection fee for the agency, based on the
percentage below.
Percentage (protected)
Displays the Collection Rate applied to the contract, as set up in the Setup
Information sub-window of the Contract Window.
Last Payment Date and Payment # (protected)
These two fields display the date and amount of the last payment that was made
on the contract.
Balances - Principal, Unpaid Interest, Unpaid Fees, Accrued Interest
(protected)
These fields display the balance of each item for the contract. As the payment
is distributed, these fields will be updated to reflect the distribution.
Current Balance (protected)
This field displays the sum total of the Principal/Interest, Unpaid Interest,
Unpaid Fees and Accrued Interest balances. As the payment is distributed, these
fields will be updated to reflect the distribution.
Past Due (protected)
If payment is overdue on the contract, this protected field will display the
total amount past due for the contract.
