Client Mailing Labels
This process prints one mailing label for one or more clients, as set up in
the CLIENT WINDOW. Labels can be printed in a one-, two- or three-column format. One-column
labels are for dot-matrix printers, while the 2- and 3-column labels can be
printed only on laser printers.
All statements for clients are formatted for mailing in window envelopes and
do not require labels, but you will find the labels printed with this process
useful for other correspondence.
Load labels in your printer before proceeding.
- For single-column labels printed on a dot-matrix line printer, use 3 1/2" by
15/16" labels (Avery #4013 or equivalent).
- For two-column labels printed on a laser printer, use 1" by 4" labels (Avery
#5261 or equivalent).
- For three-column labels, printed on a laser printer, use 1" by 2 5/8" labels
(Avery #6231 or equivalent).
