Report Type
Preliminary - Gives figures from the ending date of the last FINAL STATEMENT up to the THRU DATE entered. Use the PRELIIMINARY statement as a preview of the FINAL.
Final - Compiles and posts figures from the ending date of the last FINAL STATEMENT up to the THRU DATE entered. Once a FINAL STATEMENT has been run, no new information may be added, even if it is within that date range. It will appear on the next FINAL STATEMENT.
FINAL STATEMENTS can only be run with a setting of ALL for CLIENT ID or by COMPANY ID. The FINAL process will also create a payable for fees, if the CREATE COLLECTION FEES PAYABLE checkbox in the OPTIONS SETUP window is filled. This will create a payable to the vendor ID of MGMT, which corresponds to the name set up in the OPTIONS SETUP window.
Historical - Provides figures for any previously posted period, based on the HISTORICAL DATE entered.
Thru Date
Enter the ending date for the Preliminary or Final Statement that you have selected. The field will default to the current date.
Historical Date
If you are running a Historical Statement, enter the ending date of the period that you want the report for. Press F2 or the right mouse button for a pick-list of previously posted statements.
