Clear All Data Process
All copies of Comtronic Contract Collector ship with sample data to be used
for demonstrating, testing and learning the system. Before you begin inputting
your actual data into the system, use this process to delete the sample data (see
step 1 of the INITIAL SETUP SEQUENCE). Any other test data you may have added to a Demonstration system is also
deleted by this process.
When you select this item from the UTILITIES SUBMENU for the first time, the window shown above appears. If you are running a
networked system, this process requires that all other users be logged off the
system.
After being run once, this process becomes password protected to avoid the
accidental deletion of your actual data. Choosing this menu item after the process
has been run for the first time displays the window shown here. If you need to
run the CLEAR ALL DATA PROCESS more than once for some reason, call Comtronic Systems Technical Support for
the required password.
